For 2017 the plan is to get rid of all bad habits I have like drinking every week and eating from chippers every week also. My goal is to get back my fitness and go back playing Hurling, my main goal is to have a healthy diet and to stop drinking alcohol on a regular basis. I plan on signing up for the gym and to improve my fitness by taking part in gym classes and also motivating myself to get up and go for a jog myself. I have a plan made out for myself to regain my fitness which will help me on pushing myself to get back onto the field. Hopefully by the end of the year I will see a difference in myself and i will be able to succeed my ambitions and get back to a healthy style of living which will benefit me in the future.
